1. Who you are contracting with

Lee Fix is operated by AKOJ ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using Lee Fix (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. The Service

Lee Fix is a shared chores and allowance tracker for families. Parents can add chores, kids can mark them complete, and balances sync across devices in the household.

3. Your account

You must be of legal age to enter into a contract, or have permission from a parent or guardian. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for any activity on your account. Information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not: (a) use it unlawfully or fraudulently; (b) send spam or harmful content; (c) infringe anyone's intellectual property; (d) probe, scan, scrape, or interfere with the Service's security; or (e) upload malware.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by AKOJ and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with your subscription plan. You may not reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or circumvent technical limits.

6. User content

You retain ownership of content you add (e.g., chore names, family members). You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to operate the Service for you.

7. Service availability

We work hard to keep the Service running, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.

8. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, renewals, cancellations, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account or via Paddle.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may retain or delete your data in line with our Privacy Notice.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law prohibits it.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AKOJ is established, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
