We want you to enjoy Lee Fix. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
  2. Use the refund option on the order, or contact Paddle's support from that page.
  3. Alternatively, contact AKOJ through the Service and we will help you submit the request.

After your refund

Once approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank or card processing times may add a few business days. Your subscription will end and access to paid features will stop.

Cancellations after 30 days

You can cancel anytime from your account or via Paddle. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Charges outside the 30-day window are non-refundable except where required by law.
